Code of Conduct

All participants, members of the organizing team and their affiliates, licensees, promotional partners, developers, legal representatives, assigns, agents and licensees at our event must agree to the following code of conduct. The organizers will apply this code throughout the event. We look forward to the cooperation of all participants to help ensure a safe environment for all.

The Open Banking Hackathon event is dedicated to providing an experience for everyone interested in this event, regardless of gender, identity and gender expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race or religion. its). We do not tolerate harassment of event participants in any way. Sexual language and images are not suitable for any event venue, including discussions, workshops, parties or other online media. Event participants who violate these rules may be penalized or excluded from the contest by the organizers.

In the virtual edition of this contest, any form of aggression or offensive verbal comments is prohibited. The organizers reserve the right to remove the participant from the event if he has negative comments, uses trivial language and references to sex, age, sexual orientation, disabilities, physical appearance, body size, race, etc. as an insult to other participants, partners, sponsors or organizers.

Harassment includes offensive verbal comments about sex, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, sexual images in public, deliberate intimidation, harassment, stalking, harassment of photos or recordings, sustained interruption of conversations, or other events, inadequate physical contact and unwanted sexual attention.
Event affiliates, licensees, promotional partners, developers, legal representatives, assigns, agents and licensees are also subject to the anti-harassment policy. In particular, sponsors must not use images, activities or other sexualized material.

If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the event organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the perpetrator or excluding them from the event.

If you are being harassed or notice that someone else is being harassed, please contact a member of the organizing team immediately. Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.

Event organizers will be happy to assist participants, contact local law enforcement, provide escorts, or help those who are being harassed feel safe during the event.

We expect participants to follow these rules of the event.
